I put my photobucket account in my link, it has some extra nemo pics and some of pieces as I build. I as a few angles of the back pack hollow, and of one with the wires though the mini with light.

I used a 3 mm blue led. I used a pin vise to drill out his normal backpack. Once hollowed out I was able to insert the led. I had to drill out part of the back for the led prongs to fit. I then drilled up from under the model to the hollow space in his back to run the wires. After sodering them to the prongs I green stuffed the backpack on. The battery is under the base, which I tape to the wires (I don't have it on a switch). Hope that helps.
