Overall, it's not that bad of a paintjob. It's rough in some areas (the metallics, some of the skin and parts of the cloak), but that can be improved with practice. The photos, on the other hand, are really hurting the mini. It looks like you have a single light source (possibly the flash on the camera) lighting it up and that will ruin any shading and highlighting that you've done. I would suggest using 2 - 3 lights (one on each side and one in front) and using parchment paper to diffuse the light; it helps get rid of the harsh shadows. If you have the means, invest in a light tent. You definitely show potential here, so don't let bad pictures ruin it for you.
