It's #930 from this list: http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~tpope/sol/grenadier/fantasy-warriors-blisterpacks.html and is indeed a Grenadier miniature. Nice painting btw although I think you could correct the colour of the picture, it seems a little bit yellow.
