This is one great looking squad of Terminators. You did a great job on the blue armor and the white helmets. I really like the scratches on the armor as well. However... The bases are a real let down. Green sawdust looks really unrealistic. If I were you, I would put them on new bases, glue fine sand to these, some small pebbles to represent rocks and then paint this in earthy tones. There are some nice basing guides on www.games-workshop.com to get you started.
And oh, if you don't have a drill to drill out the gun barrels with, you should paint black dots to represent holes.
I hope I wasn't to harsh on you.
I really like the Terminators. I just think they would look so much better on some proper bases.
