heres the best tip you will ever get, thin down your paints with water. dont thin them down too much tho. just enough so that your paints dont look so messy and lump.
now for the good comments, despite the fact ur paints are a bit thick, it looks like you are quite accurate with your brush. you have high potential i believe.
