Unfortunatelly flash from camera made this mini look glossy while it's not in real. To be honest I didn't have an idea what to do with her legs (the lower "boots" part) so I stayed with the flat blue. It does't look very well though which is a shame. Comments would be very helpful here. Thanks :)

Thin down a paint to the state of milk, then apply the layers one by one until there will be a homogeneous surface (there will be at least 15 layers). After that make highlights.
