I agree that some more detail and better blending would really serve this one well. I too have painted him, and as soon as I get my pix done, I will post for your reviuew.
Nice figure, as said before.
If I may suggest, work on smoothing out the shading on the face so the dark parts don't look quite so rough and dirty. Also, on his right shoulder there is a damaged area painted so that the base metal shows from a shot. The similar spot on the left shoulder is painted over in white. It would look better if it were painted as the right shoulder is. He also seems to have a chip on the paint on his left elbow cop.

the model is cool, VERY cool and big...
it deserves more detail, some fine blending or something... this kind of paintjob is possible on a 28mm mini.
And the purity seal :-/ I've seen better ones in 28mm scale.
it's not a bad one... but not an especially interesting one, too
