I actually quite like this guy and think that your ratings are a bit low at this point. Some critique: When you do weathering, you might want to darken it a bit and only do the highlights on the lower edges of the bare spots. I love your skintones on this model as they are much more realistic (if an orc can be) than other similar models I've seen. My only other gripe would be the bone stave he's holding. I can't put my finger on it, but it's just not working for me in the color choices you've used. Mostly though, great job!
