abstracted reality
I like the scruff on his face, and I like how you paint in a clean style without too many gimmicks such as NMM or layering. Such gimmicks everyone seems to be in love with. An army of marines painted in your style would be a striking force indeed.

The face is really good. The highlighting is a little rough in places and the blobby paint around the base brings it down.
