I'd suggest a look at how thick your paints are when applying them. It looks to me like you are not watering them down enough, resulting in a textured look. The skin on the face is highlighted well. I'd keep going with that and apply highlights to the hair and armor as well in order to raise your score!
I'm finding that this model is getting a much lower rating than I would have expected. Could I possibly get some feedback on why the score is low?
I'm wondering if the photo is too up close and makes it look too grainy. This little guy is only 27mm tall including the base...
