Before you even start painting you are supposed to clean the seam lines off, yet they are still clearly visible on the arms. The skin tone is WAY too yellow on almost all of your figures. The small details look dry brushed, and messy. This figure looks like you painted it in half an hour. I would suggest browsing the Historical category with ratings between 7 and 9, and try to learn from them (as I am trying to do :)).
