I rather like it, but the face of this particular Chrace lord doesn't really impress me. Non-elfish, but somewahat...erm... primitive, maybe? The technique is good, but he liiks a little bit like a caveman, lacking the acute elven features. The axe is not to my liking too. The rest i consider to be very nice. Especially the rare look of the cloak.
Although it does seem you have corrected 'some' parts there is still too much cleaning that needs doing, around the axe for my liking. Also he still just does not look like an elf to me. keep the picture up this time, take the 'CONSTRUCTIVE' criticism, as I said before not your usual standard, I think this press sculpting, is getting a little tired. :(
