Jaguar

This is a full size old Heavy Gear fig from the 90's. I painted it with a very simple technique using not Vallejo, not citadel, not artist acrylics or other fancy brands that everyone is all proud of. Nope, these guys got Testors all over them. Oh, and I guess since I didn't use any silver, this would be my first example of NMM.

This is beautiful paint work for testor paints. They are very difficult to work with, in my opinion.

Looks very nice, but the gray areas bother me... Are they supposed to appear metallic? If so, I think they could use a bit more of a highlight. Everything else is great.

Ahh yes, the joys of Testors. All my Gears are painted in Testors. I rather liked how it worke dfor them. I obvously didn't paint mine quite the to standard of yours (not near it)... but It did what I wanted. Very nice. And the Purple toes... Right outta the book, eh?
