Looks great, the base adds to the model by contrasting the 'warm' colours on the model. He still looks icy though, which is a nice accomplishment. Also, the base suggests the unnatural speed this elven steed would produce.
This is probably the first time I've ever thought that an oversize scenic base actually added to a model, but it does, it's really great. I just love the atmosphere.
