I just had to try a Drizzt model. He turned out better than I expected. I was using pictures from the covers of Icewinddale trilogy for reference.

Don't be afraid to use a lot of white and layer the colors. It won't look right in the mixing dish, but it'll look better when you take a step back.

The color scheme is very well done, but the depth and shading needs a bit of work. Those pants simply cry out for some highlighting :)

Looks pretty good... big fan of the drizzt books, myself.... i'd suggest doing a brown or black inkwash or something on the white fur on his cloak to bring out the details....
