This is an interesting mini, I think the horse and the shield are well done, but I also think some places were overlooked. In particular, the feathers and the metals have no depth. I'd like to see some shading/highlighting of the feathers (particularly the blue parts, I know how hard white is!). I also think your metallics need some depth - try a black or blue wash for the silver metallics, and a brown wash for the gold, then highlight back up. This will really increase the depth!
