The bone-colour is done great, no doubt about it. But it's a bit much. Another colour to break up the bony look would have done magig with this miniature.

A white chaplain is not a bad idea and the armor is actually very well-done, but the mini has a number of flaws; first of all a huge amount of detail is lost as is visually fuses with the armor, like the chest eagle, chains and parchment; I also do not like the way you repositioned the left arm, it looks very unnatural and the joint is not particulerly well-done. The base also looks very rough, the green slime (or whatever is is) somehow doesn´t fit the whole mini at all.
