Ultramarine Land Raider Prometheus 2

This is my ultramarine prometheus, 4 twin-linked heavy bolters raining death on all the enemies of the emperor! The doors are from forgeworld, and so is the prometheus kit. This is the rear view of the tank, including a special message to any sisters of battle which they happen to encounter on the battlefield! Please leave comments and words of advise, cuz after all, thats the only way I am going to learn.

One thing that's pretty easy and looks good IMO is to mix up some orang-brown-whatever-you-like ink mix and apply liberally to the tracks and lower chassis and then carefully drybrush a little bone color over that...a little sand looks good too, try to picture where the motion of the tracks would throw stuff.

It's a good clean paint job...but that's where the problem lies. This is a tank, it rolls across dirty battlefields, and every time those guns fire they're gonna be spewing black smoke that will waft up and across the tank. All of that would be leaving battle stains. Try to darken the armor up around the cracks and seams to give it a more worn effect. Good job, tho!
