The technique is pretty good on all the colors, plus the gold studs are nice and sharp. I think the red on the helm and the pistol detract a bit from the rest of the model and it starts looking a little like an EPS marine. Been looking for some work on Hawk lords for examples on starting them and perhaps more of an influence from the Raven Guard as far as Sgt and vet markings go.
