Nice overall, a very neat paint-job. Apart from fixing the eyes I would suggest filling in the gap in the horses neck and adding some shading to the silver parts (a simple ink wash can work wonders!)
Great job overall. The green looks nice as well as the horse.
As for the eyes...she looks like she just landed on the saddlehorn! For eyes, you should go for a line of black for the pupil that touches the top and bottom of the eye. If you look at your own eyes, you cannot see white around the pupil unless you have them opened very wide. The eye should be mostly pupil instead of white.
Also, the silver areas could do with a black wash for some shading.
