Hi and welcome. I know this is your first mini so I'm going to give you some criticism and hope that you will accept it as a stepping stone to improvement. There are a few things that you need to work on Firstly neatness, while you are mostly in the right areas you do need to maintain brush control and not overpaint skintones onto dark areas where they will stand out so very clearly. Secondly you need to work on Shadow toneality for skin tones as the flesh on this dark Elf is showing as almost the same tone as the shadow. Lastly for now your Photo is mostly lost shadow detail as the background is a High contrast ratio against the model and therefore fooling your camera's metering system. If you do two things you'll find a wealth of help: 1 Look in the Articles section 2 Venture into the Forums, especially the WIP section where you will get ton's more advise.
