(6.5) This has good placement of shadows and highlights - there's some nice 'shine' to both the hair and the weapons. Good colour use, also. There's also neat work detailing small areas like fingernails and stitches. But the overall look of the figure has some streakiness and graininess that's resulting in some low votes, I think. I'm not sure if it's grainy paint or needing to thin the paint a bit more, but taking what you're doing here and trying to apply it more smoothly and neatly might be something to look at.
