Good job. but I agree with Szary, the eyes bug me too. You could try to paint them green (for exemple) to add more contrast to your minis.

Nice oldschool job:) Those red devils recall me a time of Space Hulk:) Only color of eyes doesn`t fit there IMO. Hope to see more Marines from you!
