How very, very nice! Beautiful detail on the cask, and his mouth looks like it's just been through fresh gore.
I'm not crazy about the armour or the flesh though. The flesh could use some more shading and the armour needs shading and highlighting - it definitely looks two-toned.
That eye... *shiver* Reminds me of my ex-girlfriend.
