I am going to have to be a bit brutal here. This mini looks like a very poor pre painted model. If it is indeed painted by yourself then here are a few things that will help (I hope) you to get a better score/ finished result in the future. Firstly neatness is everything, if you only intend to add basic colours to a model then at least be neat with then and take the time to tidy up any mistakes made, you can see on several areas that the painting is untidy.
Next good looks can be achieved by adding simple shading washes, just thin down a mix of each base colour with a little darker tone mixed in and thin it down heavily with water then carefully apply to the desired areas and let dry. Try not to let it pool and there you will have a mini that is starting to take on a three dimensional look.
Highlights are a little more difficult to get right but it is well worth the time to practice this, there are plenty of tutorials on Cmon covering these topics.
Finally basing a mini goes along way to enhancing the look.
If this is a pre-paint then why post it if not and you have painted it then at least post a few words of explanation in your submission to help the mini along. I am sorry for the low score but hopefully the advice will be worth it.
