Maybe you should read some painting instructions on the GW home page and try again. Especially when you're painting metallic armour.

you need some darker lines around the edges. So right behind the knee and the leg add a dark line (in black) that will help seperate the one part from another. The glowing blue eyes is a good idea but it the light blue paint needs to be much thinner like juice. also highlight the eyes inside so they look like they are glowing.

This piece seems a little blotted, with only one solid colour in each area. the shading around the eyes was a good touch, but overall, this piece needs a bit of work everywhere. It looks about 20% complete, but keep working, and eventually it will get better!
