Ok, I supose I should have explained a little better before. This guy is the basis for an army, using the grey knights rules. The Background is similar to the Thirteenth Company or the Legion of the Dammed. The unit of grey knights basically followed one of the crusades back into the Eye of Terror and has been hunting them for several millenia and they themselves are now deemed heretics by most of the Imperium. Hope that makes the model make a little more sense. As for the base it wanted to make it look like a stone floor of a chaos tmeple. Any further advise or ideas on that would be great. Thanks for the comments everyone.

i agree that it looks more like a legion of the damned terminator, but it is awesome anyway you look at it.

The paint job is nice, but what gives with the Grimm Reaper motif? I am not sure I get it, but quality work, theme doesn;t work for methough bro.

He looks like he should be fighting for Chaos, not against it. It is probably the symbol on the base that gives me that impression.
