This is a Deamon Prince for iron warriors , in the following idea of other minis of same army ,all mutations were cleansed ( see obliterator for story)and then changed for cibernetical enhancements; this is in early stage, parts are only pinned not yet glued so no final position yet,its made with parts of Inquistor range and parts of a chaos Defiler, still dont know if im gonna put the front claws , they r too massive and hide the mini, its just a first look , need to get better photos too lol , more income in the next weeks

Agreed with other comments - that mace is sucking this conversion down :( Also - I don't think a CSM wud use a Crux Terminatus as a symbol (Without conversion anyway)

He looks very promising so far with the exception of his very crude mace and the oversized symbol on his back.

I agree that the defiler claws are too big for this figure. What if you mounted a couple autocannons or other heavy weapons in their place? I also agree with inkwizytorjan though; the mace is way too big and kind of distracting.
