Uh, not to be a party pooper, but it looks like you just basecoated them, dipped em in some wood stain and glued on some static grass. That takes like 30min a unit :P.
Not a bad use of dipping. A little too uniform though, perhaps doing the belt pouches and shields in a different colour would have helped. Doing something with the standard would really help out this unit as well. Still at $140 for using a technique that takes minutes, you can't really complain eh?
