Elfquest is a wonderful comic series, and if you haven't heard of it, check it out! Ral Partha put out several Elfquest boxed sets in the early 80s, and Nonna and Adar were a couple of humans that befriended the elves. Rumor has it that these characters are based on the authors of Elfquest, Wendy & Richard Pini. Hei Treide! These are great. I love the colors, the base and the fact that you put them both on the same base. I actually started painting Nonna once, but she ended up going into Pinesol. It's inspiring though! I told you how I'd grabbed all my Julie Guthrie stuff. Those are two of the ones I have along with some of Cutters tribe and the taller Elves. I even have the troll chick!
