Pretty cool concept and conversion. The pose really holds the illusion of motion. I would like to see the squad, wonder if you ever finished them. I don't know if the regular tau-helmets would fit that much, on the other Hand there are only 2 variants of the bare-head (ok, know with the new Scouts we have 2 more I guess).
The base could use some more details though...
