As said above: Better picture is needed. Try the cameras "macro" setting and don´t shake the camera while taking the picture. A plane background like a sheet of paper could help also.
The part of the picture containing the figure is too small and too blurry to be able to accurately judge the painting. Try taking your picture in front of a plain background, it's easier for the camera to focus on the mini if you do that, and less distracting for the viewer. Then get a picture editing program like GIMP and crop out all the background that isn't the mini. Good luck with your next submission!
