This is the "Goblin Dungeon Scout" from ZN-Games. I like this little guy, but could never figure out what he was going to use that giant sword-thing for. It almost looks like a 2x4 with a handle. Let me know what you think.
I think this is a cracking little Gobbo. Looks to me like he's posing for a picture with a 'borrowed' sword and helmet. The strain is beginning to show on his face and two seconds later he falls flat on his mug!
