this was my entry for the first round of Iron Painter 5, those of you not familiar with it you get a theme for each round and this round it was "i guess thats why they call it the blues". I only had 3 days on this so i went with a (supposedly) quick option of painting the whole thing blue which turns out to be a lot harder than it sounds!! apart from black primer, the only colours used were 4 different blues and white, i tried to vary the tone of the blues to stop it looking washed out. the base is supposed to be ice.
