Red Elf Warrior

I was originally using this as a "test" figure where I tried different techniques of blending and building up colors, I think it turned out good enough to post. Let me know what you think, thanks!

Hey guys, thanks for the tips. I was testing the mixture of paints and colors for this one, thats why it came out kind of thick. I'm still learning the right amounts of each color and % of water to use so I'll consider every comment. thanks :)

Your biggest problem here is that your paints are too thick. Thin your paints some and you'll get much better results.

The paint is a bit thick, but I think the red tunic came out pretty well, and the back of the shield is nice. I like your idea and freehand on the shield, but for the wyvern to be counterchanged properly, the left side would have to be yellow or gold. Black on blue is simply not visible enough.
