The claws and accessories look as though they got good attention. But I feel the predominant black motif fails to contrast enough to make the figure itself stand out. Perhaps you might try using a wash of some type to accentuate the features of the body and its parts a bit more.
The blue claws are very good. They nearly look like they're going. Unfortunately, the rest of the mini is just plain black and the other colors don't look like they've been worked on much.
