I m a beginner in painting. This one is my first mini paint. I know there is a lot of work to do before painting somthing nice but juste want to have your impression if i am on the good way or not :)

I think you just need to thin your paints down a bit. Buy some decent brushes thin your paint down and do some glazes if your highlight is to strong. Basecoat then highlight then shade unlike what GW teach you. Hope that helps mate!
