I think this is amazing. Perhaps the sculpt isnt 100% perfect but if the ears is the only problem then its 98% perfect. I hosspe you are very proud of this mini... its really beutifull.
Personally i dont have a problem with big ears since my own are huge :)
I'm sorry to say that I'm not a big fan of the sculpt. The paintjob is very good, but I just don't like the pose and the head.
And also. It's come to my understanding that these miniatures are being sold.
You might want to watch out so that Games Workshop's legal department doesn't bite your arses off. I know there have been many "Emperor" models out there on the market, but this one has an arm that's a direct copy of a games workshop bit, namely the right arm of the Emperor's Champion. With some minor modifications I see, but it's still clearly a GW part and not a scratchbuilt piece.
Casting bits and selling them is illegal as you might know.
Don't get me wrong. I'm a fan of your work. I'm just giving you a friendly "heads up".
Its the emperor of mankind. Will the company who made it get sued if they try to sell it as such. Cuz lets just be frank about this. Its the freakin emperor.
