As much as I am reluctant to discourage someone, you really do need to finish assembling and painting your minis before posting them here, or at least say if it's a WIP. To me, this looks like a blurry collection of half-assembled, half-painted minis. I can see that some effort has been made on some of them (e.g., the guy in the middle with the flag has some good highlighting and shading happening), but the overall effect is very poor. Please finish some of these poor chaps (and their bases!) and repost them- I'm positive you'd get a much better score. Also, to improve your pics, try using a plain background, such as a light-coloured shirt or a piece of paper- it helps a lot.
