Im giving you a ten to balance out your rating. I would only rate it a 3 or 4 at this stage.
Anyway, I viewed you mini and thought I should comment. I used to paint very similarly to you, one time I put a model on CMON and i got a low rating like yours, I think it would help you a lot to use a wash or 2 on your model, I was sceptical of washes at first but they really help your painting and rating.
Also your models base is in some urgent need of attention.

The title is "imperial fists" but i only see one imperial fist...where is the others? :D...as for the painting you are definitely on the right track. My advise would be to 1) take the orange color you used on the shoulders and paint that around the knee and where he legs meet the crotch and all the lower pieces of armor so the majority of the model isn't bland yellow, and 2) do something with the base.
