Well, nice question ;) ; when I decided the theme for the army, I realised I really loved the Biel-Tan background and general feeling, but that Snot Green/Skull White scheme was quite ugly... so I tried with the Emerald/horn texture scheme and I liked it... btw, on the previous ed "Eldar Craftworlds" dex, there was a Biel-Tan guardian which was painted in Jade Green and Fortress Grey... the Eldar are not so strict with color schemes... all in all, I think the answer to your question is "yes" ;)

nice work - nice basing... The only comment I have doesn't affect the score. If you vary from the green/white colour scheme - can you rightly call it Biel Tan any longer? I have my own craftworld - Biel T'Har... bone coloured suit with green armour plates... just as an example. Some gamers are picky about such things - guess it's rubbed off on me a little ;) Nice looking unit overall - a couple easy conversions might bump ya up to an 8
