Deathwatch Librarian
I wanted to make a Deathwatch librarian because.. well.. they are cool. Unfortunately while the Terminator Librarian model looks great, I wasn't very attracted to any of the ones in power armour. I thought about making it out of plastic but then looked to converting a metal model. It's made out of one of the Masters of the Chapter (the one with the hammer) The one shoulder pad has a Blood Ravens icon on it because of the high number of Librarians in the Chapter, I figured they would be a perfect chapter to recruit librarians from. The Deathwatch shoulder had to be sculpted. Had I cut out the old shoulder pad, I would have lost the lovely detail of the wing, and would have had to resculpt the cloak where it goes over the shoulder pad. So with that in mind, I got out the greenstuff and sculpted in my own Deathwatch detailing.
