Nice job picking out the scales on the skirt. The colors you used are very sharp. I suggest you don't bring the beard to as light a highlight as the forhead though because at first glance I didn't realize he had a beard - looked like a big chin. Also, straighten the bent scabbard.
Oh, from what I can tell the eyes look really good.
