The freehand work is skillfully done. And I think the complaint of "too many colors" is unfair. While it is bright in some places the color is a nice contrast to the softer blue and darker central bit. Plus in the fluff one of the Eldar's weapons is eye-dazzling color.

OMG! My eyes are going to burn!!! There are too many colours on this mini, But the technique is very good
