Bane Thralls - WARMACHINE

Bane Thralls have to be some of the most OTT miniatures, from a range which is all pretty OTT to begin with (Privateer Press's WARMACHINE). Despite the excessively large axes and shoulder pads, I really like them. I think the robes trailing off into nothing is a nice effect. The flash has been really unkind to the black on the robes, however; they look less chalky in the flesh. I'm especially pleased with the corroded copper effect on the armour and axes. It was quite easy to achieve, and IMHO looks great. (2nd unit).

These look really nice :P Get a plain background and a tripod (or a stable surface) instead of the flash and retake some larger pics :)
