(5.5) There are some quite nice parts on this. The magic effect looks pretty cool, and there's some nice contrast on the red. The colour scheme overall is solid. The streaky look on th epants and beard brings things down a little, as does the base glued to another base without any base work done. I think the photo is hurting you some here too. It looks overexposed, not sure if that's too much lighting, using the flash or the effect of a white background. Try a neutral gray background and using lamps to light the mini and turning the flash off. Also CMON voters dislike gloss, so putting a matte finish on will get a more positive response.
