The banner is painted by hand and made of a soda can.

Looks really amazing from here, but i think skull color could have a bit more accented and the grey could have been made a bit more interesting, but the banner and the mini in whole looks good!
I like the colour scheme, but i think there's still a lot of room for improvement in blendings; your minis look as if you take the paints straight from the pot and apply them without watering them down etc. Working on your technique should do wonders for your minis. Also, it's cool that you make up your banners yourself, but maybe you should read a bit about design principles (take a good look at well done banners and you'll soon see what makes them interesting and effective). A dragonhead and a couple of tombstones aren't really that impressive. 8 for the base (good that you don't write the mini's name on the front of the base. That looked horrible), 6 for the banner, 7 for the mini itself.
