I always thought that the new-ish Imperial Guard Commissars made far better Officers than they did Commissars. I think it's their caps-- the artwork shows Imperial officers wearing the high-peak caps a lot, but none of the models, barring those pricey ones from Forge World, have 'em on. They're not hard to sculpt, sure, but the Commissar models are cool all the same.

I gave this mini a seven because I know from experience that it is better than this pic is giving it credit for. Add a little more light and get a little closer next time and I think you will see your scores here go up. I can tell this is good.
