Daemonhunters Inquisitor Torquemada Coteaz
I'm a buit unhappy with my efforts to take a good photo of this model. I think I might need to build myself a light-box, as I just didn't seem to be able to do this piece justice. Suffice to say, that I'm really pleased with how he looks IRL, but realize that perhaps he doesn't look as good as he really is in this image. Still - I used a bit of purple in the flesh tones to get that dark skinned look. The eagle is based on a gyrfalcon (which was a real headache, because white with black bits is a hard look to carry off at 28mm). The NMM on his back was done without reference, which I won't do again! But I was still pretty happy with the end result - it's supposed to be a hammer to represent the Ordo Malleus.
