Much better than it's been rated as has been said already. Skintones are amazing, as is the pattern on the cloak. For some reason seems you have to paint in grey/pastel/faded colors and nothing else to get into the 8+ range these days.
This is definitely better than it's getting rated. The face has real character, the cloak shows excellent skill, and the skintone is blended wonderfully. If the base had just a little more...something...it would easily be a 10.
